1. Project Overview
In response to the need for improved access to cardiology specialists, this project aimed to design an intuitive eHealth platform focused on providing cardiology consultations. The platform enables patients to book appointments, input preliminary vitals, and communicate securely with their specialists. The goal was to deliver a user-centered design that fosters patient confidence, improves access to care, and streamlines the consultation process.

- Secondary Research: I analyzed user expectations and needs based on existing eHealth platforms, focusing on features like booking systems, vitals input, and patient-provider communication.
- User Pain Points: Identified common issues such as difficulty in booking specialist consultations, lack of trust in data security, and the need for clear health guidance.
